Stress is healthy, a normal part of life but it can become harmful if we become over-stressed for too long and it interferes with our ability to get on with our normal life. You know the feeling, worried, you tense up, and feel overloaded or wound up tight. Triggers may include troubled relationships, work, deadlines, family issues, seeing particular people, illness, grief or loss. It’s important to work out what are the issues or triggers that raise your stress levels constantly and make it more difficult to cope day to day?
