Ross has been a registered psychologist since 2008 and brings to every Psychologists Southern Sydney client a wealth of professional and life experience.

From counselling children, adolescents, adults, couples and families, Ross works collaboratively with his clients to make meaningful change, and to help them identify, understand, and overcome any obstacles that may be hindering this process.

Whether it’s your emotional wellbeing, mental health, relationships, whatever the issue, Ross’s goal is to help every client thrive, by listening, challenging limiting beliefs and empowering you to overcome the circumstances that have held you back from living the life you deserve.

Areas of expertise include child and adolescent issues, couple counselling, parenting issues, anxiety, depression, anger management, drug and alcohol and other addictions, men’s issues, workplace issues, disordered eating, and performance coaching.

Other than working as a counsellor in private practice, Ross’s career path has included counselling in the school setting, a residential rehabilitation facility, with parenting groups, with indigenous and minority groups both individually and in community programs, the TAFE system, plus with elite athletes looking to maximise their performance.

Ross has travelled extensively and speaks Greek. He is registered for WorkCover and undertakes Insurance work, report writing and EAP work and has a special interest in individual and business coaching, Sports and Organisation Psychology.


Ross employs in therapy a combination of proven therapies including, CBT, Psychodynamic Narrative, REBT, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-based therapies, Solution Focussed Therapy, Visualisation, Goal setting, and Relaxation Techniques.
